That's the plan, but it won't be for a while. Looks like the salt air's done a number on this place and it needs a lot of love, first.

I'm not really good at building things but I'm pretty handy with paint. So I can make things look really nice again after any repairs are done!

I'll start looking into ways to help protect things from the sea air too. There's probably got to be some kind of solution here.

And I appreciate it. So generally, these buildings are wood. Metal tends to corrode too quickly with the salt in the air. But the joins are metal enforced, if thar helps any.

So a way to protect the wood and the metal... Okay, I'll look for something. Maybe I'll be able to find something that can help us out.
